How does Google Drive integration work?

After connecting your Google Drive account, you can select any folder to process. Our system will recursively scan all subfolders and process all invoice files. The processed results will be available in your account dashboard.

How do monthly quotas work?

Your monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month. Both ZIP file uploads and Google Drive processing count towards your monthly limit. Unused quota does not roll over to the next month.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

During our launch promotion (first half of 2026), all registered users get Basic plan features completely free! After that, the free plan will always be available with 200 files per month. You can upgrade to paid plans anytime.

What accounting systems do you support?

We support Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks formats. You can also export to Excel for custom integrations. Simply select your accounting system in your account settings, and all exports will use the compatible format.

How does the vendor list improve accuracy?

By providing a list of your regular vendors, our AI can better recognize vendor names on invoices, especially for suppliers with unusual spellings or complex names. This significantly reduces errors in vendor identification.

What file formats do you support?

We support PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and 15+ other formats including Word and Excel documents. All files are automatically converted and processed by our AI.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. For cloud storage integrations, we only request read-only access to folders you explicitly select.

How accurate is the AI extraction?

Our AI achieves up to 99% accuracy on clear, machine-printed invoices. We also provide visual verification with highlighted bounding boxes so you can verify the extracted data.
